Kristine Li

Kristine Li is the General Manager of Portfolio Leasing Department at Henderson Land Development, one of the leading real estate developers in Hong Kong. She oversees the Group’s investment properties in Hong Kong and has over 10 years of experience in property leasing, marketing and asset management field. Li holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University, USA. She currently serves as President for Stanford Club of Hong Kong. 

She is a Global Governing Trustee for Urban Land Institute, and serves on the board for several philanthropic organizations, including as a Director for The Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society, and for Hong Kong Pei Hua Education Foundation. She is also the founder of HART, a nonprofit arts platform that supports local artists and their growth through the operation of a community studio, HART Haus, project grants, public engagement programs and international artist residencies.
